I let you go

The most interesting and real part of this book is the one page author’s note at the end of the book. The author tells in few sentences about her curiosity for some real and important issues. I would have loved to read that book! The book that was written, unfortunately, was just a big mess trying to be absolutely everything at once.

The book is divided into two parts. The first part moves along slow and steady, and I didn’t really mind that part. The second part, however, is a trainwreck. The author tries very hard to check all the boxes for the thriller/mystery genre, but it all falls flat. I actually caught myself rolling my eyes, and that’s not normally something do.

In the pursuit of twists and turns and trying to distract the reader, the author has created an annoying maze that I  just wanted to get out of.

I’m not even going to get into what the book is about, for fear of leading anyone into the mess I just made it out of.
